Rehabilitation therapy helps restore your abilities and helps improve your daily function.
Home-based rehabilitation therapy is Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy provided in the comfort of a patient’s
home. An at home rehab provider does not provide aids or nurses to a patient.
We are currently in network with Medicare B, Humana and United Healthcare. We will soon be in network with most major insurance plans.
To begin therapy you will need insurance coverage as well as a doctors script.
Once we receive your insurance information and doctors script, it typically takes 2 weeks for a therapist to be assigned to a patient.
The duration of therapy is based on the need of the patient. During the evaluation, the therapist will establish a plan of care and therapy frequency which is typically 12-24 visits. The therapy will last approximately 90 days.
We currently service patients in NY and NJ and we are looking forward to expanding across all 50 states.
We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy via telehealth.

Many of our therapists are bi-lingual and are fluent in Spanish and Hindi.
